Terms of Service
These terms frame Global Ship Broker as a B2B SaaS workflow product for brokers, owners, charterers and enterprise maritime desks.
SaaS access
Global Ship Broker provides subscription software for private maritime broker workflow automation. The platform does not replace charterparty, MOA, bill of lading, bank, escrow, sanctions counsel or class society documentation.
User data and processing limits
Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to upload or forward circulars, vessel metadata, cargo data and contact signatures. Automated parsing and matching results are decision-support outputs and must be reviewed by qualified commercial users.
Subscriptions and billing
Stripe may be used for software subscription billing and credit-ledger tracking. Freight, hire, deposits, S&P proceeds and escrow funds remain outside the standard card-checkout rail unless separately contracted through approved institutional processes.
Intellectual property
Global Ship Broker owns the platform, software, interface, workflows, data models and automation logic. Users retain rights to their uploaded commercial data, subject to the permissions they grant inside their workspace.
Maritime disputes
Unless a separate signed enterprise agreement states otherwise, SaaS service disputes are governed by Delaware law and may be referred to commercial arbitration in Delaware. Underlying maritime transactions remain governed by the parties’ own charterparty, MOA or recap terms.
