Privacy Policy
Global Ship Broker is a private broker workflow automation platform. This policy explains how we handle workspace records, circular parsing, cookies and sensitive maritime commercial data.
Workspace data separation
Customer workspaces are logically separated by account and company context. Circular emails, private notes, protected listing fields, access requests and deal-room documents are not published outside a workspace unless an authorized user deliberately shares or publishes a protected listing.
Circular and LLM processing
Inbound circular text may be processed transiently by configured parsing services to extract vessels, cargoes, ports, laycan windows and operational contacts. We minimize retained raw text, store normalized records for review, and keep provider prompts scoped to the operational task.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies or browser storage for authentication, language preference and interface continuity. Product analytics are used to understand operational usage such as parsed circulars, access requests and matched opportunities, not to sell personal data.
Security controls
The platform uses encrypted transport, token-based authentication, permissioned workspaces, protected listing disclosure controls and audit-oriented logs for commercially sensitive maritime data.
